    Janitor - 1st Shift - 20/hr!

    Responsibilities

    + Clean a portion of the facility covering 15,000 square feet while students are on fall break.

    + Maintain cleanliness of 4 sets of bathrooms, 3 stairwells, office rooms, break rooms, and common areas.

    + Take out all trash daily.

    + Wipe down hard surfaces such as counters and drinking fountains.

    + Clean inside and outside of main entrance doors.

    + Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors according to the cleaning schedule.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in janitorial duties, housekeeping, and general cleaning.

    + Proficiency in sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Self-motivated and able to stay on task while working independently.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment involves maintaining a section of a university that spans 91,000 square feet, focusing on a 15,000-square-foot area. While students are on fall break, you will be responsible for ensuring this area remains clean and inviting.

    This is a Contract position based out of Yellow Springs, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
