    Job Title: Operator

    Job Description

    As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines to manufacture medical nails and screws, as well as engaging in packaging activities in a cleanroom environment. This includes operating packaging machines for labels and ensuring products meet quality standards. Candidates should be open to either machine operation or packaging, with the opportunity to express a preference.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machines to manufacture medical nails and screws.

    + Perform bending, lifting, and standing tasks while loading metal rods into machines.

    + Package medical device products in a cleanroom environment.

    + Operate packaging machines for labeling and moving products to quality control.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in machine operation.

    + Packaging skills in a production environment.

    + Ability to work in a cleanroom setting.

    + General production and assembly experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Entry-level candidates are welcome.

    + Familiarity with ISO 8/9 Cleanroom standards, especially in sterile packaging departments.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a dynamic environment with shifts available: 1st shift from 5:30am-2pm, 2nd shift from 1:30pm-10pm with a 10% shift differential, and 3rd shift with a 15% shift differential. Enjoy a clean and safe work setting with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monument, Colorado.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
