As a Editorial & Content Communications Associate you will use editorial strategy and multimedia skills to write, edit, and produce content for global communications while coordinating cross-team processes and stakeholders

**Pay Rate** : $50.56 - 57.49 (59.49) /hour.

San Bruno, CA

What you’ll do

+ Write and edit articles, speeches, executive copy, and social posts.

+ Research and lead stakeholder interviews to capture stories.

+ Produce or coordinate short-form video and graphic assets; audit third-party work.

+ Turn data and analytics into editorial direction and social strategies.

+ Monitor online conversation, spot trending/sensitive moments, and drive rapid-response comms.

+ Coordinate cross-team content workflows to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Qualifications & skills

+ 4–7 years in digital marketing, communications, or editorial roles.

+ Strong writing/editing and storytelling for multiple tones (journalistic, executive, social).

+ Mandatory: proven ability to manage online platforms and publish across social networks.

+ Experience with short-form social (X, Threads), rapid-response messaging, and trend tracking.

+ Familiarity with basic graphic design and short-video production or vendor management.

+ Comfortable turning analytics into clear editorial decisions; CMS and tooling familiarity preferred.

+ Experience in public-engagement work (e.g., election campaigns, public policy) is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $50.56 to $57.49 per hour
