Food Production Team Member – Olivia’s Croutons (Brandon, VT)
Our client, a family-owned artisan food producer in Brandon, VT, is seeking motivated and reliable team members to join our production crew. If you have a passion for food, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a team setting, we’d love to meet you!
Available Roles
+ Kitchen Assistant
+ Boxing Operator
+ Packaging Associate
Shift
+ 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
What You’ll Do
+ Assist with food production in a non-automated, small-batch environment
+ Operate boxing and packaging equipment (training provided)
+ Ensure high standards of quality and food safety
+ Work collaboratively with the team while also being able to take initiative and work independently
What We’re Looking For
+ Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
+ Familiarity with production equipment is a plus – we’ll train the right person
+ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and self-starter attitude
+ Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits
+ Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
+ Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, or Temporary positions available
**Pay Details:** $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
