Medical Device QC Inspector
Adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in Valencia with a Medical Device QC Inspector for a medical device manufacturing company. This is a temporary opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
+ Interprets engineering drawings and schematic diagrams.
+ Assist with the creation of inspection criteria.
+ Tests and/or inspects dimensions, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristics per written procedures and record test and inspection results
+ Prepares and maintains Quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal and external expectations.
+ Evaluates data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from procedures.
+ Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.
+ Documents nonconforming material; clearly and accurately.
+ Keeps measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs

Requirements:
+ AA degree, or the equivalent of a two-year college or technical school
+ 2-3 years of related experience
+ Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Computer skills including, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ **Ability to use multi-lens Stereo Microscope and SmartScope**
+ **Ability to use measuring devices like thread and pin gauges, meters, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, and Multi-sensor Measurement Systems**
+ **Blueprint reading capabilities, documentation, and reporting skills**
+ **IPC 600, IPC 610, and GD&T training/certifications are preferred**
+ Familiar with ISO Standards is a plus
+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
+ Ability to regularly stand or sit for long periods of time
Shifts Available:
The shift is a **1st shift 9/80 scheduled from Monday – Friday**

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
