Now Hiring: Travel Registered Nurse – ER
Schedule: 13 Weeks, Night Shift (7p – 730a); every other weekend and every other holiday expected
_IMPORTANT: MUST RESIDE 60 MILES OR MORE FROM ZIP CODE 13601_
Key Responsibilities:
+ Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles, ability to provide quality patient care, and ability to assess patient's needs
+ Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts to move patients in a safe manner
+ Must be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate and may be required to assume duties as a charge nurse
+ Must have the ability to identify and intervene in life threatening situations
Qualifications:
+ Active RN license in New York
+ Minimum 2 years of experience required, and 1 Travel Assignment completed
+ Critical Care and Charge experience preferred
+ Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required
+ Meditech EMR experience Preferred
Pay Breakdown:
+ $1,254 weekly per diem (taxable)
+ $1,246 per week (non-taxable)
**Pay Details:** $2,500.00 per week
