    **Schedule:** Choose 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM) or 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM)

    **Days:** Monday – Friday

    **Pay Rate:** $ 17.50/hour

    **Type:** Temp-to-Hire

     

    We’re hiring a **Production Associate** to join a growing manufacturing team in Nazareth, PA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with consistent hours and long-term opportunity.

    Job Summary:

    This role combines general production work with basic quality control duties. You'll perform visual inspections, assist with product testing, and enter results using computer systems. You’ll help ensure that products meet quality standards while supporting daily production goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform visual inspections and basic testing of products

    + Use a computer to enter inspection and test data

    + Identify and report defects or quality issues

    + Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality

    + Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

    + Follow written instructions and company procedures

    Requirements:

    + Experience in manufacturing, production, or quality control (preferred)

    + Comfortable using computers and entering data

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

    + Reliable attendance

    + Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

    **Pay Details:** $17.50 per hour
