    Formulation Technician

    Job Summary:

    Our client, a global leader in agricultural innovation, is seeking a **Formulation Process Technician** to support product development and scale-up efforts at their Durham, NC facility. This is a **hands-on** , onsite opportunity ideal for someone with experience in formulation processing or pilot plant operations.

     

    As a key member of the technical team, you’ll assist with formulation trials, process documentation, and equipment evaluations—helping bring new agricultural products from concept to commercial production.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist with **pilot plant trials** and formulation process development

    + Support engineers in scaling up new products from lab to production

    + Operate equipment and perform basic processing tasks (weighing, calculating, recording data)

    + Safely handle materials and follow **PPE** and **HSE** protocols

    + Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in a **formulation processing** , **manufacturing** , or **technical lab** environment

    + Comfortable with **material handling** , **equipment setup** , and basic process documentation

    + **Forklift** and **PPE** experience preferred

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to work on multiple projects and collaborate across teams

    + Continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with process risk assessment a plus

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
