We are looking for a driven and curious Field Cost Controls professional in Puerto Rico/Cary, North Carolina to support our Program Management Team.

     

    You’ll have the chance to work on this team providing solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting and subcontractor invoicing.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other business management related degree, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

    • At least 8+ years of project cost controls experience

    • Experience with ERP systems

    • Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues

    • Specific experience in cost engineering functions, including cost control

    • Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues

    Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

    • ERP experience and other cost control software

    • MS Office skills including Power BI

    • Intermediate skills with Jacobs tools including Unifier, IPCS, Polaris, plus other proprietary system tools

    • Cost estimating experience
