    Lead, Customer Service Representative

    We’re looking for a **Lead, Customer Service Representative** to guide and support a team of customer service specialists. In this role, you’ll ensure outstanding service delivery to our online customers while coaching your team toward excellence and operational success.

    Schedule Options

    + **Tuesday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM** (2 openings)

    + **Sunday – Thursday | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM** (2 openings)

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead, organize, and supervise daily operations for your assigned customer service team

    + Coach and develop a high-performing group of specialists, fostering engagement and accountability

    + Track and analyze performance metrics for individuals and the team

    + Troubleshoot operational issues and provide guidance on complex transactions

    + Act as the main escalation point for advanced customer concerns, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolution

    + Prepare team reports and recommend process improvements to strengthen customer satisfaction

     

    What You’ll Bring

     

    Minimum of **4 years’ customer service experience** with at least **1 year in a lead/supervisory role**

     

    Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)**

     

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills

     

    Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

    Preferred Skills

    + Experience in a **call center environment**

    + **Bilingual (English/Spanish)** a plus

    + Proven ability to build customer loyalty through exceptional service

    + Thrives under pressure while maintaining a solutions-focused approach

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
