    I'm currently hiring for Product Manager opportunity in Plano, TX!

     

    As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in prioritizing and managing the backlog, roadmap, and super stories for the team to maximize customer value. You will collaborate closely with the technical delivery lead for release planning and provide status reports to stakeholders. Your role will involve conducting requirements gathering, analysis refinement, and planning sessions, while also refining and decomposing the product backlog items with the development team into executable stories that articulate business and customer needs.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, providing direction on the order of the Scrum team's work.

    + Collaborate with the agile team daily, clarifying details and answering questions about direction and strategy, and actively participate in Scrum events and other planning activities.

    + Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the business, quality, and functional goals are met with each product release.

    + Identify and mitigate risks, threats, or opportunities that could impact the success of the project, notifying the team and escalating issues when appropriate.

    + Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business strategy, market trends, competitors, and customer base through market research, customer feedback, and product performance.

    + Act as a user and customer advocate by evaluating cost and impact on users and product visions.

    + Effectively negotiate and align product and feature functions with stakeholders and customers.

    + Plan and execute product release management.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience developing and deploying chatbot services for enterprises in enterprise applications and processes.

    + Knowledgeable on GenAI Framework such as AWS Bedrock, Strands, etc.

    + Knowledgeable on GenAI design and solution components such as RAG, enhanced RAG, Agentic AI, MC, A2A, etc.

    + 5+ years of experience in Product Management/Ownership or total equivalent experience.

    + Ability to use Excel and other tools to create business models, track progress, and provide supporting evidence for data-driven product decisions.

    + Ability to represent the voice of the customer by translating customer requirements into great user stories and evangelizing their product vision.

    + Ability to develop and manage a product roadmap.

    + Knowledge of product user design.

    + Experience in Product Management/Ownership for high-tech, consumer software products.

    + Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative, Agile software engineering environment.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This is a hybrid work environment requiring 1-3 days per week on-site.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $71.00/hr.
