Job Title: Sr. Structural EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer III to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with four or more years of relevant work experience in steel and concrete structures. You will work on critical infrastructure projects and build hours toward your Professional Engineer license.

Responsibilities

+ Perform structural analyses of telecommunications structures, including towers, mounts, and platforms.

+ Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

+ Prepare and finalize structural reports in accordance with industry standards.

+ Review and provide constructive feedback on reports prepared by junior engineers.

+ Guide junior staff in applying engineering principles, industry standards, and best practices.

+ Support professional development by fostering a collaborative learning environment and encouraging continuous improvement.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in structural engineering, structural design, and project management.

+ Proficiency in using design and analysis tools such as Risa 3D and tnxTower.

+ Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred).

+ Comprehensive understanding of structural engineering principles and relevant codes.

+ Four or more years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in civil engineering, particularly with Revit and BIM.

+ Detail-oriented, analytical problem-solver, and adaptable team player.

+ Strong communication skills and a desire for continuous learning.

Work Environment

The work environment is low maintenance and simplistic, offering an opportunity for a balanced work-life experience. The position is based in North Raleigh, with a flexible work schedule of 3-5 days per week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Raleigh,NC.
