    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Member Services Representative to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. This is a Contract to permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, efficient, and able to handle interruptions while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process and input data quickly and accurately to meet organizational standards.

    • Address and resolve member inquiries in a thorough and timely manner.

    • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

    • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for member documentation.

    • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments via email and phone.

    • Perform routine administrative tasks, including copying and document handling.

    • Utilize Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to create and manage documents and reports.

    • Ensure all member information is handled with confidentiality and care

     

    Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

     

    • Strong data entry skills, with a typing speed of 6,000–8,000 keystrokes per hour.

    • Experience in customer service and handling member inquiries.

    • Ability to manage interruptions while maintaining focus and productivity.

    • Basic office skills, including filing and document organization.

    • Familiarity with email communication and detail-oriented correspondence.
