Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position offering an opportunity to contribute to complex legal proceedings and assist attorneys in all stages of litigation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in managing case files, drafting legal documents, and coordinating trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, trial, and post-trial activities.

• Conduct legal research and analyze information to develop case strategies.

• Organize and maintain comprehensive case files, ensuring all documents and records are accurate and accessible.

• Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and settlement agreements.

• Coordinate deposition schedules, witness preparation, and logistics for trials.

• Manage electronic discovery databases, including document production and review processes.

• Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor deadlines, track court calendars, and ensure procedural requirements are met.

• Assist in trial preparation by creating trial binders, exhibits, and demonstrative materials. Requirements • Proficiency in handling discovery processes and managing civil litigation cases.

• Strong experience in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and trial binders.

• Familiarity with electronic case management and eDiscovery tools.

• Knowledge of legal procedures, court rules, and filing requirements.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to draft, proofread, and edit legal documents with accuracy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and legal professionals.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
