Job Title: CMM Programmer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMM Programmer with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in metrology, tool and die, and medical device manufacturing. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of product validation—from vendor receipt to mold measurement and tooling analysis.
Responsibilities
+ Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect and validate precision components.
+ Perform dimensional inspections of molds, tools, and dies using metrology techniques.
+ Collaborate with the tool room and engineering teams to ensure tooling meets specifications.
+ Validate incoming products from vendors and ensure compliance with quality standards.
+ Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models for inspection planning.
+ Document inspection results and support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Maintain and calibrate metrology equipment to ensure accuracy.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in CMM programming and operation.
+ Proficiency in metrology and calibration.
+ Strong understanding of quality engineering and quality assurance.
+ Familiarity with GD&T and root cause analysis.
+ Knowledge of medical device manufacturing and CAPA processes.
+ Experience with optical inspection and micrometer usage.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Calypso and PC-DMIS software.
+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
