• Help Desk Analyst - Tier I

    Description

    Robert Half is proactively recruiting Help Desk Tier I Analysts to support our clients’ growing IT environments. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates eager to gain hands-on IT support experience and grow within enterprise IT.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.

    + Handle password resets, account administration, and user access.

    + Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues (printers, scanners, mobile).

    + Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy).

    + Escalate unresolved issues to Tier II/III teams.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 1+ years of IT support/help desk experience.

    + Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory.

    + Strong customer service and communication skills.

    + A+ Certification or equivalent knowledge preferred.
