Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support our hotel client on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll for both union and non-union employees, be proficient with ADP Workforce Now (WFN), and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process payroll for union and non-union employees accurately and on schedule

+ Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable labor laws

+ Run payroll through ADP Workforce Now and verify accuracy of hours, wages, deductions, and benefits

+ Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies

+ Prepare and submit payroll reports for management and regulatory compliance

+ Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure accurate employee data and tax information

+ Support month-end and year-end payroll reconciliation and reporting

+ Assist with special payroll projects as needed

Requirements

Proven payroll experience in a union and non-union environment

Strong expertise with ADP Workforce Now (WFN)

Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations

Experience in hospitality or similar high-volume payroll environment is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
