Description We are looking for a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This is a long-term contract position ideal for professionals who excel in project management and Agile methodologies. The role requires expertise in overseeing IT projects and driving efficiency through effective process analysis and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects using Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery and optimal results.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation to support project goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and align objectives.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira to track progress, manage workflows, and report updates to key team members.

• Facilitate regular communication with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.

• Monitor project performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Requirements • Proven experience in IT project management and Agile Scrum practices.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.

• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and workflow management.

• Strong ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management.
