Description We are looking for a meticulous and organized File Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and digitizing confidential HR documents, ensuring records are accurately filed and securely stored. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain physical and digital HR files in a systematic manner.

• Scan, digitize, and archive employee records with a focus on accuracy and consistency.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Perform data entry tasks to update and manage records in HR systems.

• Operate office equipment such as scanners and filing systems efficiently.

• Ensure all files are securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel.

• Support additional administrative tasks related to HR file management as needed.

• Assist with labeling and categorizing files for easy retrieval and tracking.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline the file management process. Requirements • Proven ability to handle confidential information with care and professionalism.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in data entry and working with office equipment, including scanners.

• Familiarity with e-filing systems and basic HR software is preferred.

• Experience in administrative or clerical roles is an advantage.

• Capable of maintaining accuracy and efficiency in repetitive tasks.

• Comfortable working independently and managing assigned responsibilities.
