What will I do in this role?

In this role, you’ll lead all aspects of daily operations, steer long-term planning, and promote continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with internal and external collaborators to guarantee the program’s success, sustainability, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the planning, execution, and daily operations of a recognized organizational program.

+ Develop and implement program strategies, governance structures, workflows, and performance standards.

+ Work together with cross-functional teams and collaborators to align program goals and ensure effective communication and coordination.

+ Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational efficiency; provide recommendations and implement solutions.

+ Analyze program data and trends to evaluate performance, inform decision-making, and support continuous improvement.

+ Manage program-related communications, training, and onboarding to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.

+ Coordinate or contribute to program budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource planning.

+ Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining program integrity and accountability.

+ May supervise staff or lead project teams to support program objectives.

Qualifications

Education

+ **Required:** High School Diploma or GED

+ **Preferred:** Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Management, or a related field

Experience

+ **Required:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field

+ **Preferred:** Experience in a healthcare or organizational setting with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives
