+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

+ Control the functions of equipment, start/stop of the equipment, follow lockout procedures as required, meet, or exceed the part per minute standards that have been set for each piece of equipment or product line.

+ Conduct and record hourly quality inspections on finished goods.

+ Scan, record, inspect and manage raw materials and finished goods that are produced through the equipment.

+ Troubleshoot production interruptions that may take place during the normal course of the production shift and record uptime and downtime.

+ Follow and adhere to daily production schedules and targets.

+ Work with maintenance personnel and supervision to maximize uptime on the equipment or lines to meet customer expectations regarding on-time service.

+ Maintain a logbook for daily production and downtime events.

+ Follow all company procedures regarding GMP’s and sanitation requirements.

+ Able to do change over on all lines.

+ Understand and fix bag issues on lines

+ Assign and work with packers on lines.

+ Understand how to do PMV if raw materials are in Warehouse location

+ Understand and know how to fill partial pallet physically and in QAD

+ Pack as needed.

+ Other duties as assigned.
