    Accountant

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports.

    + Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    + Manage accounts payable and receivable.

    + Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

    + Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

    + Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing.

    + Support internal and external audits.

    + Maintain and update accounting systems and databases.

    + Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

    + Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.

    + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).

     

    Work Environment

     

    This position is fully onsite, operating Monday through Friday with somewhat flexible hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Fairborn, Ohio.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
