Job Title: Inventory Logistics Associate
Job Description
The Inventory Logistics Associate (ILA) plays a crucial role within the Supply Chain Department, serving multiple business units. The ILA will be the main conduit for shipping and receiving activities at the Cleveland, OH location. Additionally, the ILA will support inventory organization and management, ensuring all materials used in manufacturing suites are processed and released from the Quality Departments. The ILA is essential in transporting Drug Products to qualified treatment centers.
Responsibilities
+ Travel to Qualified Treatment Sites by plane and/or car to deliver Drug Products. Travel arrangements will be coordinated with the Associate Director of Product Transportation & Logistics.
+ Organize and receive materials for all departments using the NetSuite ERP system daily.
+ Review daily orders to be picked and brought to the manufacturing staging area, and communicate out-of-stock items to Supply Chain leadership.
+ Assist in implementing and monitoring forecasted volumes for controlled and non-controlled inventory.
+ Facilitate and support the Quality Departments in releasing quarantined materials to Manufacturing or Quality Control.
+ Assist Supply Chain Management with the preventative maintenance of temperature-controlled units assigned to the department.
+ Assist in monitoring and dispositioning expired materials in conjunction with Quality Assurance.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in inventory, shipping and receiving, warehouse inventory, and supply chain management.
+ 1-4 years of experience in inventory or supply chain roles.
+ Must be organized and detail-oriented.
+ Effective communication skills within the organization.
+ Comfortable with initial travel requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain is ideal but not required.
+ Logistics and warehouse management experience is ideal.
+ Experience with NetSuite is helpful but not mandatory.
+ Open to recent graduates eager to learn and work hard.
Work Environment
This role requires working onsite five days a week. Some travel is expected initially, approximately 1-2 times a month, but is likely to end by January. The role involves site visits and acting as a courier for finished products, ensuring they are safely transported from point A to point B.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
