    Job Title: Field Recruiter – (Outside Sales)

     

    Job Type: 9 Month Contract (extension up to 2 years) | Commission Eligible

    Overview:

    A new local delivery program is launching in your area, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to help grow its footprint. As a Field Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying and onboarding local businesses to become delivery partners. This is a dynamic, field-based role ideal for someone with a passion for community engagement, sales, and business development.

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct door-to-door outreach to local businesses in targeted towns (within a 2-hour driving radius)

    + Present and pitch the delivery program opportunity to prospective partners

    + Qualify businesses and guide them through the application and vetting process

    + Track leads and manage pipeline activity using Salesforce

    + Support planning and execution of local recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls, coffee chats)

    + Collaborate with community organizations such as chambers of commerce and economic development groups

    + Import and manage lead data via Excel and Salesforce on a weekly basis

    Skills & Experience:

    + 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Experience in outside sales or field-based roles is a plus

    + Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

    + Professional, enthusiastic, and highly organized

    + Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems

    + Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily

    + Competitive hourly rate

    + Commission opportunity: up to $350 per partner converted

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
