    Job Title: Print & Mailroom Production Associate

    Start Date: October 13, 2025

    Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

     

    Employment Type: Contract (Potential to convert to permanent based on performance and attendance)

    Overview:

    We are hiring multiple Production Associates to support high-volume print and mail operations. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and timeliness. Candidates must be comfortable standing for the entire shift and working in a fast-paced environment.

    Top Skills Required:

    + 1+ years of experience in a role requiring standing for the full shift

    + GED or High School Diploma

    + Basic math skills used daily

    Nice to Have:

    + Experience in machine-processed print and insert operations

    + Prior mailroom or warehouse experience

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Operate and train on various production equipment including:

    + Print Equipment

    + Pressure Sealers

    + Inserting Machines

    + Meter Mailing Machines

    + FedEx/UPS Shipping Stations

    + Folders, Binders, Cutters, Ink Jet Machines

    + Print checks, cards, inserts, and other materials for distribution

    + Follow company procedures to ensure accuracy and quality

    + Perform routine tasks under direct supervision

    + Refer complex issues to higher-level staff

    Work Environment:

    + Mailroom setting

    + Standing required for 100% of the shift

    + OT required the first weekend of every month

    + No time off during holidays (e.g., work required on July 4th)

    + Additional OT may be optional or mandatory depending on business needs

    Shifts Available:

    Second Shift (Mon–Fri):

    + 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (6 openings)

    + 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (1 opening)

    + 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (1 opening – warehouse-focused role)

    Third Shift (Sun–Thurs):

    + 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (6 openings)

    Employee Value Proposition (EVP):

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
