• Front Desk Receptionist

    TEKsystems (Golden, CO)


    We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy medical office in Golden, CO. This role is vital to ensuring a smooth and compassionate experience for every patient, visitor, and staff member. You’ll be the first point of contact and a key player in maintaining efficient front office operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Greet all visitors and patients with professionalism and kindness.

    + Verify insurance and referral information prior to physician visits.

    + Ensure accurate and complete patient registration before appointments.

    + Maintain and update physician schedules, confirming appointments and ensuring proper coordination.

    + ☎️ Routinely answer phones, triage calls, take messages, and provide information to patients, physicians, and staff.

    + Assist with urgent medication refill and medical records requests.

    + Relay messages to appropriate staff and physicians promptly.

    + Coordinate and reschedule appointments as needed.

    + Post payments and co-pays, maintaining a balanced batch.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of 1 year of customer facing experience - can be retail but ideally some sort of administrative office work

    + Ability to work a multi-line telephone system

    + High School Diploma required

    + Proven attendance and reliability track record

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
