    Supports Program/Project Managers by performing administrative duties that keep projects on track, on time, and within budget.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS

    Time Management: Strong ability to manage personal and project timelines, meet deadlines, and help the team stay on schedule.

     

    Attention to Detail: Accuracy in record-keeping, report generation, and adherence to project requirements.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks to support project managers and teams, such as filing, data entry, and document organization.

     

    Documentation Management: Create, organize, and maintain all project-related documents, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation.

     

    Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.

     

    Budget Management: Assist with tracking project budgets, monitoring expenses, and processing invoices and purchase orders to ensure financial adherence.

     

    Communication Facilitation: Serve as a central point of communication, relaying information between the project manager, team members, and external vendors or clients.

     

    Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators, and provide regular updates on milestones, risks, and issues to the project team.

     

    Resource Management: Assist in the management of project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, ensuring they are available and utilized effectively.

     

    Vendor and Contractor Management: Help manage relationships with contractors and vendors, including facilitating contract processes, reviewing work, and processing payments.

     

    Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.

     

    Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec International Standards Organization (AS9100/ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    AS9100/ISO SPECIFIC DUTIES

    Be familiar with and understand Atec Quality Policy and company objectives. Understand required AS9100/ISO specific Procedures and Work Instructions. Complete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions. Participate in Atec Continuous Improvement activities as appropriate. Participate in AS9100/ISO training as required.

     

    Cooperate with Auditors.

     

    Report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or 3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.

     

    Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

    Employees are regularly required to talk, hear, walk, stand, and sit.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Extended work hours and/or travel may occasionally be required.
