    Minimum Requirements:

    + Must be able to read and understand blueprints

    + Must be able to identify and use inspection equipment

    + Must have good hand dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Assemble aircraft and industrial product, using hand tools and following set-up sheets

    + Perform tests utilizing efficiency machine

    + Inspect parts to ensure quality

    + Perform lash checks

    + Perform job functions and tasks required by management and supervisors

    + May train other assemblers as required

    + Perform evaluations

    + Work closely with engineering on prototypes

    + Ability to work flexible hours

    + Prior to working in an FAA safety-sensitive area, you will be required to participate in the random drug and alcohol testing program

    + Quality and safety conscious

    + Certification to the Inspection IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 and J-001 Space Addendum

    + 6S

    + Continuous Improvement

    + Other duties as assigned by Management

    Requirements

    Language, Math, and Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, set-up sheets, travelers, procedure manuals and government regulations.

    Computer Skills:

    Must be able to use the computer and computer software as required by job.

    Salary Description

    $20.30 to $27.13, potential for $33.05
