What You-ll Do:

+ Welcome and onboard new team members with care

+ Support growth through coaching, feedback, and development

+ Keep operations running smoothly and safely

+ Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

+ Build strong relationships with your team and our partners

+ Ensure the site is clean, efficient, and aligned with our values

What You Bring:

+ 5+ years of leadership experience (or equivalent education)

+ Strong communication and people skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (JDE experience a plus)

+ Ability to lead diverse teams and work cross-functionally
