    ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Operations Center Support Technician** to join our team in **San Antonio, Texas** . This is a 24x7 watch-floor position with rotating shifts that can vary between 10-12 hours. Ability to support rotational schedule to include day, mid and night shifts is a requirement.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Review, assign, reconcile and support the transfer of data throughout their lifecycle.

    + Provide technical assistance and telephonic support for monitoring to Intel Customers.

    + Help provide support for Workflow Management services

    + Communicates with technicians to determine task assignments

    + Coordinates with Site Leads and Regional Managers on ticket prioritization and assignments

    + Follows up with other work centers to ensure task completion and task assignment

    + Monitor and support ticket workflows

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional related experience may be substituted for a degree.

    + 2+ years of Information Technology experience supporting a help desk environment

    + Ability to support rotating work schedule as necessary for 24x7 operational support.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of related experience supporting a help desk environment.

    + IAT Level II certification.

    Clearance Requirements:

    + Must have a current/active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

    Physical Requirements:

    + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

    + Occasionally move about inside the office to collaborate with other leaders/teams, use standard office automation equipment, and virtual communication.
