Responsibilities

You’re an innovative thinker, passionate about technology and eager to contribute to digital transformation in a global packaging company. As a Business Analytics and Technology Intern, you’ll support the development and automation of internal applications and processes that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity. Reporting to the Business Analytics & Technology team, you’ll collaborate across departments to deliver impactful solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and other automation tools.

Key Job Accountabilities

As part of the Business Analytics & Technology Team, you’ll be responsible for…

+ Assisting in the design, testing, and deployment of applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Dataverse.

+ Supporting automation of internal processes using tools like AI Builder and Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot.

+ Performing level-one system administration tasks for RPSNA applications.

+ Ensuring proper controls and version-controlled documentation are maintained to support data accuracy and reliability.

+ Collaborating with internal teams including IMS, divisional management, and end users to support technology initiatives.

+ Developing and maintaining professional relationships across departments.

+ Creating and delivering engaging training materials for end users, both in-person and virtually.

+ Promoting and adhering to Amcor’s safety values and practices.

+ Representing Amcor professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (sophomore status or higher) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Management.

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Dataverse, and AI Builder.

+ Experience or interest in robotic process automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.

+ Ability to query databases and develop reports using tools like MS SQL and Tableau.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to analyze and solve complex technical or organizational problems.

+ Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
