Experience - 9 to 14 Years

Location - St Louis, Missouri - This is an onsite hybrid position.

Responsibilities

+ Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to enhance digital experiences in the Claims and Provider domains.

+ Oversee the integration of analytics tools with AEM to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AEM with existing systems and processes.

+ Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

+ Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support project planning and execution.

+ Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and performance of AEM implementations.

+ Identify and address potential risks and challenges in AEM projects proposing effective solutions.

+ Optimize AEM configurations to improve system performance and user experience.

+ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in AEM and analytics integration.

+ Monitor industry trends and advancements in AEM and analytics technologies to inform strategic decisions.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

+ Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all AEM implementations.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AEM solutions.

Qualifications

+ Possess extensive experience in AEM and Analytics Integration with a strong understanding of their application in the Claims and Provider domains.

+ Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing scalable AEM solutions.

+ Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges.

+ Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

+ Have a proven track record of delivering successful AEM projects within specified timelines.

+ Display a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

+ Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
