Alarm Monitor Dispatch Operators (AMDO) provide a variety of dispatch services for the Center for Disaster Preparedness contract.

+ Ensures compliance with the contract SOW: orders, policies, procedures and operations

+ Monitors and takes the appropriate response to the campus electronic security systems and building automation systems: access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm, video surveillance, building utilities, elevator monitoring, etc.

+ Ensures compliance with the contract SOW: orders, policies, procedures and operations

+ Receives calls via the radio and telephone

+ Dispatch security personnel and report discrepancies for corrective action as needed

+ Issue and account for keys and locks

+ Makes notification to key members of the CDP staff and external support agencies (fire, police department).

+ Prepares, generates, distributes, and files the daily security staff journal on each shift

+ Troubleshoot and correct electronic security system malfunctions as needed

+ Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate

$18.92—$18.92 USD
