Job Description
GolfLogix and Revelyst Golf Technology is seeking a dynamic Advertising Sales Representative to lead monetization efforts across our 1M+ customer database and GolfLogix mobile app. This role is pivotal in dirving advertising revenue through email campaigns and in-app advertising placements, connecting top-tier brands with passionate golf enthusiasts.
We are looking for a strategic seller with a proven track record in digital advertising, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to reporting.
This position reports to the **Sr. Director, Business Development & Licensing** and is based in either **San Diego** or **Scottsdale** .
As the Sr. Advertising Sales Representiative, you will have an opportunity to:
+ Drive revenue by selling advertising across GolfLogix email campaigns and mobile app inventory—including Bushnell Golf customer lists.
+ Prospect, pitch, and close deals with brands, agencies, and direct clients.
+ Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
+ Collaborate with internal digital marketing teams to execute campaigns flawlessly.
+ Deliver post-campaign reporting (open rates, CTR, etc.) and insights.
+ Partner with Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
+ Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
You have:
+ 3–5+ years of advertising/media sales experience (digital/email preferred). Let’s also entertain a more experience/polished sales rep with golf industry related experience.
+ Established relationships with advertisers and/or agencies (Golf industry experience a bonus).
+ Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics (open rate, CTR, CPC, CPM, etc.).
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
+ Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
+ Ability to work collaboratively across departments (sales, marketing, AR).

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
