From curating an atmosphere steeped in hospitality to managing operational intricacies, the General Manager is pivotal in crafting moments of joy and satisfaction. What we're looking for:

+ 3-5 years’ relevant restaurant experience

+ Intuitive understanding of full service, casual upscale restaurant service

+ Strong financial acumen to understand financial implications, understanding P&L, understanding COGs, labor, and operations excellence

+ Ability to demonstrate accurate cash handling and reconciliations

+ Extensive food and beverage knowledge.

+ Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (reservation platforms, inventory management systems, point of sale systems)

+ State required food safety certifications

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel

+ Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead.

+ Strong people management experience and abilities

+ Motivated by a strong internal drive to achieve success, dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
