Salary: $90000 / Hour

The Assistant Director supports the Preschool Director in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. This role combines leadership, administrative duties, and direct engagement with staff, families, and children to uphold the school’s mission and standards.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Per Year

Setting: Special Education Preschool

Full Time, Full Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in managing curriculum implementation and classroom activities

+ Support staff supervision, training, and performance evaluations

+ Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and safety protocols

+ Foster positive relationships with families and address concerns

+ Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, and administrative tasks

+ Step in as acting director when needed

Qualifications:

+ Masters in Early Childhood Education

+ Experience in preschool or childcare leadership

+ School building leader or district leader license required

+ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

+ Knowledge of child development and early learning standards
