    I’m reaching out with a premium locum tenens opportunityfor a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician (ABFM) at primary healthclinic in Channahon IL.

     

    This is a great chance to work in a well-supportedoutpatient setting with a flexible schedule and competitive compensation.

    Details:

    + Location: PC Clinic Channahon, IL 60410

    + Start -10/06-12/31

    + Schedule:

    + Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    + EMR: Athena

    + Patient Volume: 7–10 patients/day, ages 2+

    Requirements:

    + Certifications: BC, BLS, DEA, IL License and Dispensing License

    + Experience: Minimum 2 years in acute or primary care

    Compensation & Logistics:

    + Rate: Discuss by Phone

    + Employment Type: 1099

    + Paid Weekly

    + 100% Malpractice Paid

    Partial Coverage Dates AlreadyFilled:

    + October: 13–16, 20–22, 27–30

    + November: 5, 17

    + December: 1–4, 8–11
