    School Psychologist – Spring 2026 Semester (Open to Hybrid)

     

    Start Date: January 5, 2026

     

    Pay Rate: $80/hr

     

    Hours per Week: 35

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:20 AM – 3:20 PM (30-minute unpaid break)

     

    Modality: Open to hybrid work model (4 days onsite / 1 remote or 3 onsite / 2 remote)

     

    Assignment Length: Spring Semester 2026

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled School Psychologist to support students in Coal City, IL for the Spring 2026 semester. This role focuses on mental health, developmental support, and student evaluations, with a majority high school caseload and some middle school students.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct student evaluations and assessments

    + Participate in MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) problem-solving

    + Provide psychological services and support planning

    + Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams

    + Maintain documentation and adhere to professional standards

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current Illinois licensure/certification as a School Psychologist

    + Master’s degree in Psychology (preferred)

    + Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations (preferred)

    + CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
