Mosaic is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!

We're hiring a compassionate nurse to help people with disabilities achieve their best health. You'll provide daily medical support, from administering medications to promoting healthy living.

You'll be the go-to person for all things medical, helping to keep everyone healthy and happy. This job is perfect for someone who loves to stay organized and wants to make a real difference.

Here's what you'll be doing:

+ ?‍⚕️ Coordinating medical services for the people we serve.

+ ? Conducting health assessments and creating personalized healthcare plans.

+ ? Training new staff on healthcare procedures.

+ ? Providing on-call assistance when needed.

SCHEDULE: Evenings (3-11pm) 40 hrs/week, rotating weekends / Part Time Nights (11-7am) 20 hrs/week, rotating weekends.

Requirements

What YOU’LL Need:

+ Associate's degree required / RN - Bachelor's degree preferred

+ State license required in nursing with no restrictions

+ 1 years of general nursing experience or 3 years CNA / Med Aide experience – NEW GRADUATES WELCOME!

+ Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.

+ Valid Driver's license
