Connectivity company providing internet, mobile, video, and voice products to 30 million customers is seeking a Business Systems Analyst

_Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

_Rate: $38 - $48 / hr. w2_

Responsibilities:

+ Lead effective requirement elicitation sessions with all necessary stakeholders.

+ Define inputs and outputs to meet user needs.

+ Write clear, concise, and testable requirements for development teams.

+ Analyze business operations to identify automation opportunities.

+ Provide technical expertise to develop cost-effective systems and procedures.

+ Actively participate in projects, offering feedback and guidance.

+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

+ Demonstrate basic understanding of databases and web services.

+ Understand network structure, system architecture, and elements.

+ Create business process models representing current and future states.

Experience Requirements:

+ 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis (BA) or Business Systems Analysis (BSA)

Education Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
