Come join the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) as a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager. We are looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business and power prosperity around the world for our customers.

In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our Data Science organization, helping them manage their program delivery and influence outcomes across the wider business. This role is a force multiplier, enabling Data Scientists to focus on their craft while you own the navigation, influence, and program management required to deliver their key initiatives. You will have two core responsibilities: help the Data Science team manage and deliver incoming requests from across the company, and help them evangelize their outgoing needs and dependencies so that Data Science can support critical business decisions.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of technical program management experience, with a proven track record of planning and leading medium to large-sized programs or multiple smaller programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.

• Strong program management and leadership experience, with the ability to influence and drive results at all levels.

• Experience working with data science or analytics teams, with a solid understanding of the program management challenges and opportunities in this space.

• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.

• Passionate about driving results through effective collaboration and teamwork.

How you will lead

• Establish and lead a suite of programs to manage incoming requests and delivery for the Data Science organization, partnering with stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

• Act as a strategic partner and evangelist for the Data Science team, articulating their needs, dependencies, and strategic value to senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the GBSG organization.

• Drive executive communication and influence, providing clear, concise updates on program status, risks, and opportunities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including data science, engineering, product, marketing, and finance leaders, to ensure cohesive communication and alignment on program strategies.

• Establish an operating cadence to proactively address program dependencies and requirements, identifying risks and opportunities and driving mitigation plans.

• Lead with a AI-Native mindset, helping the Data Science organization identify new opportunities and pivot existing programs to leverage this technology for maximum impact.

• Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently, collaborating effectively with others when conflicts arise. You will see opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, f ind common ground, and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation.
