**Position Details** : Position supports the Orlando Health System. This hybrid role serves as a liaison between the clinical and foodservice operations teams, overseeing menu management ( _MenuWorks_ ), formulary procurement, and collaboration with the CBORD Administrator. The position partners with Culinary, Patient Services, and Patient Experience to deliver service excellence while leading cross-functional projects.

**Schedule:** On-site, remote, and travel

Salary: $85,000-$95,000

Job Summary

In this role, you will direct the functions of clinical nutrition in the form of management, education, training, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Serve as a liaison between the Clinical Nutrition team and Foodservice Operations to ensure alignment in patient care and service delivery.

+ Oversee menu management, including _MenuWorks_ processes, and collaborate closely with the CBORD Administrator to support accurate menu development and patient meal service.

+ Partner with Culinary, Patient Services, and Patient Experience teams to drive service excellence and a seamless patient dining experience.

+ Support formulary procurement initiatives to ensure availability and compliance of nutrition-related products.

+ Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects, applying strong project management skills to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals.

+ Complies with regulatory standards, including federal, state and accrediting agencies and adheres to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies

+ Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ Master’s degree, preferred

+ Five years of experience in healthcare as a Registered Dietitian, including two (2) years in a managerial position

+ Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

+ Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable

+ Professional certification (i.e. CDE, CNSC), preferred
