Position Title: Director of Dining Services - Corporate Dining

Pay 14

Reports To: VP of Operations

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Job Summary

The Director of Dining Services, reporting directly to the VP of Operations, holds duties related to day-to-day operations of a designated client account. This hands-on position entails a need for excellent communication and client relationship building skills and strong operational leadership with expertise in catering and cafe management.

This position offers a desirable Monday through Friday schedule (some evenings required). You will work alongside a salaried culinary manager and oversee a small hourly staff.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manages day to day operations of an account

+ Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments

+ Oversees financials as it pertains to the account

+ Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations

+ Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training

Preferred Qualifications:

+ A minimum of three years of foodservice operation experience

+ Previous experience managing financials including budgets and weekly reporting

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs

+ Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
