    We are seeking a proactive, organized, and resourceful Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our Coral Springs office runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small business environment and enjoys being the go-to person for all things office-related. You’ll support leadership, manage vendors, coordinate administrative tasks, and help foster a positive workplace culture.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or operations.

     

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

     

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with office tech tools.

     

    Experience in a small business or startup environment preferred.
