Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager with a focus in Defense capture to join their team. This individual will be leading the company's business development organization abiding by Shipley and government contracting standards. The portfolio footprint primarily consists of DoD and Veteran Affair's customers. We can offer $160-175K depending on experience. Additionally, there is potential for promotion to VP within the first year.

Skills and Requirements

- 10+ years’ experience and bachelor’s degree

- DoD government contracting experience

- Shipley process experience

- Mid-large business capture experience

- Strong communication and firm in their tactics to implement change and process improve

o Ideally someone who has had to turnaround a BD org before or provide a lot of instruction on large business capture best practices within the DoD - Veteran Affair's or DHA capture experience
