    Job Description

    As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for building core mobile features using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms. You will work with Firebase and local data solutions, write unit tests, craft intuitive UIs, and help scale our DoD-focused platform. This role involves close collaboration with product and design teams to ensure a seamless user experience

    What You’ll Do:

    - Build and maintain features in Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms.

     

    - Use SQLite and local storage for offline data management.

     

    - Integrate Firebase services such as Auth, Firestore, Functions, and Analytics.

     

    - Apply state management patterns like Riverpod, Bloc, and Provider.

     

    - Write unit tests and support CI/CD processes.

     

    - Collaborate on UI/UX with product and design teams.

     

    - Participate in Agile sprints, daily Slack standups, and weekly engineering meetings.

     

    - Use Git and GitHub for version control

    Location:

    Remote anywhere in the US

    Contract Duration:

    This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extensions. After the first 3 months, workload could drop from 40 hours per week to 20-30 hours per week with the potential to pick back up to 40 after 6 months.     Estimated Pay Rage: $35 - $42 / hour

    *The pay rate for this position may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, certifications and location. Additionally, the final pay rate may be contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment requirements such as background checks, drug testing, and physical examinations.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 3 years of experience with mobile development

     

    - Experience with Flutter and Dart

     

    - Experience with AWS GovCloud

     

    - Experience with Firebase

     

    - Experience with SQLite/local storage

     

    - Experience with state management using Riverpod or Bloc

     

    - Experience with Git and GitHub - UX/UI experience

     

    - Experience with App Store/Google Play submission

     

    - Experience with Bluetooth

     

    - Experience with native code (Kotlin/Swift)
