Job Description

Insight Global is looking to add a Technical Business Analyst to our client's team in the St. Louis, MO. This person will be working with a small team supporting our client's new fraud platform being built out for customer service reps to better serve new customers. This individual will be responsible for meeting with stakeholders, gathering technical requirements, and being able to have technical conversations with developers. This person must be a driver and go getter and be able to get into the weeds to assist with gather requirements an acting as the liaison between teams. This role is 4 days on site and 1 remote.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Extensive experience supporting application development projects

Able to hold technical conversations with the team

Experience working with high level stakeholders

Great communication skills Telecom experience
