    Job Description

    A general construction company in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in support of large commercial projects. The Project Manager will lead the full cycle of construction from the pre-work through project close out. They will be responsible for ensuring projects are on schedule, manage budgeting, and maintain quality and safety standards. Other daily responsibilities include:

     

    Ensure compliance with safety programs and standards

     

    Manage contract adherence and negotiate any changes

     

    Oversee subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders

     

    Implement quality control plans

     

    Monitor costs and maintain financial accuracy throughout project lifecycle

     

    Provide detailed updates to leadership and customers as needed

     

    Ensure compliance to environmental regulations
