    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an Agentic AI Software Engineer local to India to join one of our medical device clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent, agent-driven applications. This role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Microsoft AutoGen, or AWS Bedrock Agents. Responsibilities include developing scalable AI applications, building data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, creating high-performance RAG systems, and integrating agents with external APIs and enterprise platforms. The engineer will also rapidly prototype new AI models, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure observability and automated testing for GenAI workloads.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -5+ years in software engineering with deep knowledge of Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, Microsoft AutoGen, or AWS Bedrock Agents.

     

    -Skilled in Python, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), API integration, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure); strong understanding of data pipelines, embedding generation, and hybrid retrieval systems.

     

    -Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability tools for GenAI workloads to ensure scalable and reliable deployments.
