Field Technician – Join Our Purpose-Driven Team!
Xylem is looking for **motivated, adaptable individuals** to join our Field Technician team and help ensure the safety and integrity of water systems across the U.S. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with advanced pipeline inspection technology, gather valuable data, and make a real impact in communities.

+ Operate inspection equipment and collect pipeline data
+ Assist with planning, documentation, and equipment preparation
+ Promote safety and proactively solve challenges on-site
+ Contribute as a team player or step into a leadership role as needed
What** **We’re** **Looking For:
+ Experience in a field, shop, or construction environment (helpful but not required)
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
+ Comfort with variable weather, confined spaces, and travel (up to 75%)
+ Willingness to learn, grow, and make an impact
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is **$28 to $32 per hour plus bonus** . Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
